Access real-time financial data for any publicly traded company — directly in Google Sheets.
Getting Started
Step 1
Install the Add-on
Search for CMGFINANCE in the Google Workspace Marketplace and install it.
Step 2
Subscribe
Go to cmgfinances.com and start your subscription. You must be subscribed to access data.
Step 3
Log In
Open your Google Sheet → Extensions → CMGFINANCE → Log In → Enter your credentials.
How to Use the Formula
Use the CMGFINANCE formula in any cell:
=CMGFINANCE("Stock Ticker","Metric","Period")
"Stock Ticker"
Example: "AAPL", "GOOGL", "MSFT"
"Metric"
Any valid metric listed below
"Period"
Use "2024", "Q1 2024", "TTM" or leave blank if not required
Example:
=CMGFINANCE("AAPL","Revenue","2024")
This will return Apple's revenue for the year 2024.

Notes
- •Metric names must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing (e.g., "Net Income" not "net income" or "netincome").
- •For DCF, Price Targets, and Stock Info — leave the Period field blank.
- •If a ticker, metric, or period is unavailable or invalid, the formula will return "$0" or "#ERROR".
- •All data is based on the most recent reported filings, updated regularly.
